1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing an eSIM plan, or otherwise using roamo.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Roamo sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles via third-party mobile network operators. You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchase.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details. Taxes may apply depending on your billing jurisdiction.
4. Refunds
Plans are refundable in full if the eSIM profile has not been installed on a device. Once installed, partial refunds may be available at our discretion. Plans consumed (data used) are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, circumventing network terms of carriers we work with, or for resale without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or misuse.
6. Coverage & quality
Network coverage, speed, and availability depend on the local mobile operator and your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages on partner networks are outside our control.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
